In Part 3 of the “Tour” of Mi-A-Kon-Da, we get an overview of the activities offered at Camp Mi-A-Kon-Da, including swimming, climbing, canoeing and arts and crafts. Included are shots of the daily camp routine, including wake-up, sing-song and breakfast!
“A neat aspect of Mi-A-Kon-Da is the structure of how the camp runs. There are 4 periods in a day and campers have the choice of going to whatever activities they’d like to.” -Program Director
“I like the small community here, because you know everyone, you get to sit with everybody.” – Staff member
“My favourite activity is probably canoeing. It’s really fun and you get to go to different places sometimes, like down the Narrows, or up the lake. It’s really fun to paddle and to learn to do different stuff in a canoe. You get to do different levels, and you even get to dump the canoe.”– Camper
