Pine Point offers two cottage rental opportunities, each with their own benefits and charms.

Lake House Cottage
4 bed, 1 bath

Tucked into the opening of Green’s Bay, the Lake House Cottage includes use of the Lake House and its accompanying bunkie. With 4 bedrooms, there’s ample space for family and friends. You’ll be greeted each morning with unbeatable east-facing sunrises through large windows that illuminate the cottage’s 10ft tall ceilings. 

Inside the Lake House is a fully stocked kitchen including a propane stove and oven as well as a refrigerator and freezer. There are two bedrooms equipped with a queen and double bed, a dining room capable of seating 8, a living room, a full bathroom and a screened in porch that faces the lake. The whole building is powered by its solar system and has access to safe drinking water. The Lake House bunkie has two bedrooms each with a double bed.

Birch View Cottage – ***Fully booked for 2025 season***

Overlooking the beautiful Birch Island is our Birch View Cottage that consists of a main cabin and two bunkies. The main cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, screened-in porch and a full bathroom with a washing machine. The double bunkie has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. The single bunkie has a queen bed and boasts one of the best views of all of our Pine Point bedrooms. The Birch View Cottage and all of its buildings are powered by solar and have access to clean drinking water.

Pine Point is on Lake Wah-Wash-Kesh, just west of Birch Island where Camp Mi-A-Kon-Da is located. It’s situated on mainland but is only accessible by boat and surrounded entirely by old growth forest. The quiet location is uniquely situated to give guests the opportunity to explore nature via hiking, canoeing, kayaking and more! 

The cottage is a  close distance to a number of small communities if you need to stock up on supplies or want to spend a day in town:

• 25-minute drive to Dunchurch
• 45-minute drive to Parry Sound
• 50 minute drive to Burks Falls  

The property contains both cottage rentals which are naturally separated by the geography of the land. Each cottage has their own dock, allowing them complete privacy from one another. 

The boat ride to Pine Point is a <5 minute boat ride from Lamoureaux Landing where free parking is available for your vehicle.

• Quiet Times: Please minimize noise levels after 11pm
• Fire Safety:
  • No fireworks permitted at any time
  • Campfires are only permitted in designated firepits and/or fireplaces
  • Outdoor campfires must abide by the current municipal fire rating
  • Do not create new firepits
  • All fires must be extinguished and left cold to the touch before leaving
• Septic Considerations:
  • Only toilet paper and human waste is allowed to be flushed down the toilet
• Electricity Considerations:
  • Be mindful of electricity usage especially during cloudy days
• Wildlife Considerations:
  • Please keep food garbage stored in designated garbage receptacles 
  • Please keep doors shut to avoid animals from entering buildings
